Location: Fort Myers, FL
Job Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time
Compensation: 100% Commission
License: Preferred, but not required — We will train the right candidate
About the Position
We are looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our growing health insurance sales team in Fort Myers!
Whether you're an experienced health insurance agent or someone looking to start a career in insurance, we are willing to train the right person . A health insurance license is preferred, but you do not need to be licensed to apply .
This is a 100% commission 1099 position with the opportunity to earn based on your performance. Our agents have access to leads and support, so you are not required to build your own book of business from scratch.

Responsibilities
- Speak with prospective customers about their health insurance options
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Follow up with leads and prospective clients
- Complete applications accurately and professionally
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Meet individual sales and production goals
- Participate in training and team meetings
Qualifications
Required:
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable speaking with customers by phone
- Reliable and willing to learn
Preferred:
- Active health insurance license
- Previous insurance or sales experience
- Call center or inside-sales experience
No insurance experience? No problem. We are willing to train the right person who has the drive and work ethic to succeed.
