Our Forensic practice investigates problems in the built environment and provides evidence-based solutions founded on rigorous science and physics. We assist attorneys property managers building owners contractors manufacturers and design professionals with a wide range of engineering and architectural issues.

Your Role
As a Structural Project Engineer in our Forensics Practice youll take on a key technical and coordination role owning complex design challenges guiding junior engineers and shaping the delivery of innovative forensic solutions. Youll work across disciplines contribute to project management and begin stepping into more client-facing opportunities. What Youll Do

• Lead and refine structural evaluations and failure analyses solving project challenges with strong engineering judgment.

• Drive the quality of deliverables by organizing information clearly and reviewing junior staffs work.

• Coordinate with architects engineers legal teams insurance professionals contractors and other stakeholders while taking on increased responsibility for technical decisions.

• Support junior team members through effective delegation and feedback helping build a strong and collaborative team culture.

• Grow your project leadership skills by assisting with project management activities and engaging in client-facing opportunities.

What Youll Bring

• Bachelors degree in Civil Structural or Architectural Engineering; Masters or PhD preferred.

• Professional Engineer (PE) and/or Structural Engineer (SE) licensure preferred.

• 4 years of structural engineering experience with proficiency in analysis and documentation tools like SAP2000 ETABS RAM RISA-3D PCA software Revit or AutoCAD.

• Solve complex problems with confidence balancing priorities and adapting designs effectively.

• Lead coordination across disciplines communicate clearly and mentor junior staff while growing your professional presence.
