Job Description

NOW HIRING: Equipment Operator– MD/NOVA

Talent Corps is actively seeking a Skilled Equipment Operator

Monday - Friday

7am start

Key Responsibilities:

Operate equipment safely and efficiently on active commercial job sites
Digging and trenching for electrical conduit and underground utilities
Read and interpret blueprints and site plans to execute precise trench locations and depths
Maintain daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues
Follow all OSHA and site-specific safety protocols
Support general labor duties when equipment is not in use
Ensure work is completed to code, on schedule, and with high attention to detail

Requirements:

Must pass an on-site driving test
Must be flexible with labor duties when equipment not in use
CDL-A preferred
Trenching for duct banks, underground electrical work and digging
Backhoe and Mini Excavator experience
Ability to read blueprints
Own reliable transportation to site
Physically fit and ready for hands-on work
Strong safety mindset
OSHA10 preferred
PPE
