Sloane BMW of Devon is PA's #1 volume BMW Dealer!Essential Role will be helping customers understand the value of maintaining their vehicles.Must be able to provide excellent customer service and surpass all our customers' demands & expectations.Day to day activities will require applicants to refer to service history, inspect vehicle, and recommend service to clients.Promote the sales of services, parts, maintenance plans, and accessories by thoroughly understanding the product and associated service requirements.Administer new and used vehicle warranty repairs in accordance with warranty specifications.The right individual will have experience in a dealership environment, strong sales skills, and high customer satisfaction scores.Two-Five years' experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership setting preferredTeam player able to thrive in a fast-paced environmentStrong understanding of Reynolds and Reynolds Ignite, Xtime, and Text2Drive proficiency a plusExcellent customer service skills paired with a professional attitude, appearance and demeanor401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insurance
