Prominent national law firm is growing and seeking a Senior Attorney with 4-10+ years of litigation experience to join their Seattle, Washington office.
\n \nIdeal candidate will have experience in one or more of these areas: General Liability, Wrongful Death, Construction, Trucking/Transportation, Coverage, Premises Liability, Catastrophic Personal Injury, Habitability, Professional Liability, Toxic Tort/Environmental, Municipal, Medical Malpractice, Auto, Product Liability, Insurance Defense, Employment, Public Entity Defense.
\n \nResponsibilities:
\n• Manage assigned cases
\n• Handle cases from inception to conclusion
\n• Take and defend depositions
\n• Make court appearances
\n• Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery
\n \nQualifications:
\n• 4-10+ years of litigation experience
\n• Licensed to practice and in good standing in Washington State
\n• Juris Doctorate
\n• Trial and/or Trial Preparation
\n \nBase salary up to 225k
