Fortitude Reinsurance Company Ltd. (Fortitude Re) seeks a seasoned professional to lead automated controls across investment, underwriting, settlements, finance and data workflows. You will own design, implementation and operation, ensuring controls are built-in and auditable with clear accountability.
You will establish continuous monitoring, governance for AI/models, and collaborate with IT, risk, compliance and audit to drive risk reduction and process optimization at scale.
