We're looking for an experienced Lead Residential HVAC Installer who takes pride in quality workmanship, leads by example, and enjoys mentoring others. What You'll Do

Lead and mentor a team of residential HVAC installers.
Install, replace, and retrofit residential HVAC systems.
Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Read blueprints and installation plans to execute projects efficiently.
Perform site evaluations and identify installation requirements.
Install and test furnaces, air handlers, condensers, thermostats, ductwork, refrigerant lines, and related components.
Troubleshoot installation challenges and make field adjustments when needed.
Coordinate with homeowners, suppliers, and other trades throughout the project.
Train newer installers and promote best practices and safety.
Complete accurate job documentation and maintain company quality standards.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience installing residential HVAC systems.
Previous leadership or crew lead experience preferred.
Valid HVAC license or certifications (where required).
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, installation methods, and local codes.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
