Leasing Consultant

We are looking for a Leasing Consultant to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity for someone who strives to offer extraordinary service and join a great company. Weinstein Properties is a forward‑thinking property management company that owns and manages over 21,000 apartments across Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee and Georgia. Location & Schedule Location: Bexley Spring Hill Schedule: Weekdays 9:00‑6:00, Saturdays 9:00‑5:00 (rotating), Sundays Closed. Compensation $21/hour plus quarterly bonuses (not commission based). Responsibilities Work with prospects interested in learning about our communities: answer internet leads, phone calls, schedule appointments and take prospects on a tour. Process leasing applications, prepare lease paperwork, request security deposits and obtain leaseholder signatures. Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing needs such as renewal, notice to vacate, early termination, pet addition, transfers, and account questions. Collaborate with maintenance, walk apartments when ready, confirm condition, monitor property needs, follow up on work orders. Create a great move‑in experience for residents. Assist residents with move‑outs, process move‑outs and security deposit dispositions. Post rent money, follow up on outstanding balances. Plan, prepare, and host resident activities. Requirements Strong customer service and administrative experience. Experience in customer service, sales or hospitality environments. Previous property management experience welcome. Gracious, warm, and genuine nature. Positive, upbeat, high‑energy demeanor. Takes pride in work and ownership of property. Helpful, friendly, dedicated to excellent customer service. Self‑motivated and busy all day, every day. Excellent time‑management skills. Strong administrative experience. Articulate communication skills. High sense of urgency. Confidence to learn, seeks knowledge, strives for personal growth. Good organizational skills and follow‑through. This position’s responsibilities include front‑line resident services, team interaction, fast‑paced learning, and communication in persuasive and difficult situations.
