Summary:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements and assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual SEC and other filings
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly consolidated financial statements.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual SEC and other filings.
- Assist with annual audit and quarterly reviews.
- Assist in research accounting, consolidation and reporting issues.
- Assist in performing research to ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
- Maintain supporting documentation for financial reporting.
- Special projects as assigned.
Software Knowledge:
- Microsoft Office applications.
