As a Relationship Manager, you will understand the business challenges of Covius clients and, through working with both client and Covius staff to develop solutions that solve for a client’s business needs and drive satisfaction. This role will lead a team of Account Managers to serve a portfolio of clients. **Essential Functions*** Solve the client's business and technology challenges by utilizing deep understanding of the Covius mortgage services product suite and your ability to apply planning, forecasting, and performance management solutions.* Supervisory responsibility for a team of account managers.* Provide high quality \"trusted advisor\" advice to customers to ensure appropriate planning, forecasting, and implementation management solutions are proposed.* Develop deep relationships within the client organization and build effective cross-functional teams across diverse stakeholder groups. This includes interaction with production teams to provide the best possible products for the clients.* Coordinate and collaborate with Covius clients to ensure information and decisions are made by the agreed deadlines.* Communicate with clients about process and products that Covius provides.* Assist with the drafting and coordinating proposals for potential Covius partners.* Manage programs/project performance from inception through deployment.* Collaborate with clients and our go-to-market teams to provide thought leadership in devising state-of-the art solutions for our clients.* Communicate and collaborate with senior leadership about client trends, strategy and reporting.* Perform other related duties as assigned. **Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities*** Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.* Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess situations, identify issues, and implement effective solutions.* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.* Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing business needs and priorities.* Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.* Experienced in managing people and processes to achieve organizational goals.* Commitment and ability to cultivate a diverse and inclusive work environment. **Education*** Bachelor’s degree in business administration* Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. **Experience*** 5-10 years of Loss Mitigation Mortgage experience; title policy through final disposition.* Document generation and print fulfillment experience.* Previous experience managing a small team with shared goals.* Previous experience in managing relationships with C-level executives.* Experience in title, mortgage, or financial industry preferred. **Compensation and Benefits*** **Covius offers an extensive benefits package for all employees, including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)!*** **Compensation: $82,400-$103,000/year, with 15% AIP** **Application Guidelines:**For best consideration, please submit your resume and application materials as soon as possible. Employees are expected to maintain a dedicated and professional workspace that supports productivity and confidentiality. This requires reliable internet access and the ability to be on camera to participate in virtual meetings and communications during standard business hours. Work is primarily performed in a home office environment. Flexible work hours may be available, though employees must be able to collaborate effectively across time zones and attend scheduled meetings during core business hours. May require extended periods of computer use and sitting. Occasional travel or in-person meetings may be required based on business needs Employees must adhere to company policies regarding data security, time tracking, and virtual collaboration. **Physical Demands and Activities**While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to communicate. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, and constantly operate a computer and other office equipment using hands and fingers for fine manipulation, including keyboarding and mouse use. The employee must occasionally lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, such as files and small parcels and/or move boxes weighing up to 15lbs.
