Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in the Auburn, Kent, and Tacoma, WA area. This role is ideal for a dependable warehouse professional who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in inventory accuracy, and can manage daily warehouse responsibilities with minimal supervision.

This opportunity is with a well-established organization serving the mechanical, plumbing, and hydronic heating industries throughout the Pacific Northwest. The work environment is stable, team-oriented, and supported by leadership that values reliability, safety, organization, and long-term employee success. The Warehouse Coordinator will play an important role in keeping daily warehouse operations accurate, efficient, safe, and well organized.

For the right candidate, this position offers strong long-term potential, including possible future growth into inventory management, logistics coordination, and broader operational support. Candidates must have a current forklift certification listed on their resume to be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick, pack, prepare, and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Perform shipping and receiving duties, including loading, unloading, staging, and verifying incoming and outgoing materials.
- Operate a forklift safely to move, store, organize, and retrieve inventory within the warehouse.
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, safety standards, and accurate storage locations.
- Conduct cycle counts, support inventory audits, and research inventory discrepancies.
- Open and close the facility as needed while managing daily warehouse priorities independently.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour.
- Employment type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: Auburn, WA area.
- Candidates must be able to work in Kent initially, with a future transition to Tacoma in January 2027.
