Financial Shared Service Analyst - AP

Our client is immediately hiring a Financial Shared Service AP Analyst. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, focusing on accounts payable, travel & expense administration, and reporting. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong Concur and Excel expertise and the ability to adapt in a constantly changing environment. Responsibilities Partner with BPO provider to ensure accurate and timely processing of AP, AR, travel, and expense transactions. Oversee reporting metrics, SLA compliance, and escalate discrepancies as needed. Support policy development, process improvements, and technology enhancements. Prepare and deliver weekly and month-end reports to senior management, including KPIs and accruals. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of accounting experience in AP/AR, plus 2+ years in a leadership capacity. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and strong Concur administration/reporting experience. Experience with Yardi or similar property management software preferred.
