Jack's Maintenance Service is seeking energetic and highly motivated individuals to join our team as a Lead Custodian in a school setting.

We are a janitorial and maintenance company specializing in commercial cleaning. As a Lead Custodian, we will depend on you for a variety of job duties (including but not limited to):
• Completion of cleaning duties to company and customer standard
• Set up and tear down for school events
• Perform daily quality inspections of entire building to ensure standards are met
• Maintain equipment and supplies to standards
• Monitor productivity and efficiencies of all employees
• Maintain cooperative working relationships and excellent communication with all building personnel and
management
• Training and communicating with all Jack's employees in the building
• Other duties as assigned by leadership

Requirements:
Qualified Lead Custodian candidates must be able to:
• Effectively communicate with people, including school personnel, supervisors and other Jack's Maintenance employees
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to their team member(s)
• Take ownership of their building and everyone working in it to provide the highest quality service
• Demonstrate core competencies of the job
• Position contingent on the ability to pass an acceptable criminal background screening
