Job Title: Shipping Lead

Job Description

Join our team where you will lead the shipping department and be responsible for shipping, receiving, material handling, and all shipping related documentation. You will be responsible operate industrial forklifts to load and load trucks, receive incoming shipments and inventory products, use forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials within the facility, palletize and crate product for shipping, organize materials in the yard, and prepare shipping related documentation.

Hours: 1st Shift ; Flexible schedule available

Job Duties:

• Operate forklift and overhead crane to move materials
• Communicate with vendors and 3rd party carriers
• Receive incoming shipments and inventory products
• Pull product from storage racking to prepare for shipping and production employees
• Wrap products, build crating for products, and load trucks for delivery.

Requirements:

• Experience in shipping and receiving required
• Proficiency in operating forklifts and overhead cranes preferred
• 1-2+ years of relevant warehousing or material handling experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Neenah, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
