Civil Engineer
Immediate opening with a growing civil engineering firm in the Baltimore suburbs! We are seeking a Civil Engineer / Civil Designer with experience in Prince George’s County land development projects. This is a hands-on role for someone who can work independently and produce quality engineering plans without constant oversight.
Responsibilities include:
- Site layout and land development design
- Grading and drainage plans
- Sediment and erosion control design
- Water and sewer utility extensions
- Coordination with local municipalities and agencies
- Preparation of construction documents and permit plans
- Stormwater management design and calculations a strong plus
Requirements:
- Experience working on projects in Prince George’s County
- Proficiency with Civil 3D
- Ability to manage design tasks independently
- Strong understanding of local design standards and permitting processes
- Land development consulting experience preferred
