Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Screen, evaluate, and treat patients to restore their function and mobility
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care
- Accurately document all therapy services in a timely manner
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Technicians in line with practice acts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to deliver comprehensive care
- Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
- Active Maryland Physical Therapy license or the ability to obtain one
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
- Flexibility to adapt to various facilities, schedules, and patient needs
Education
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in physical therapy evaluation and patient assessment
- Comprehensive knowledge of treatment planning and rehabilitation techniques
- Skilled in direct patient care and therapeutic interventions
- Proficient in documentation, compliance, and regulatory standards
- Strong interpersonal and interdisciplinary collaboration abilities
- Supervision and mentoring experience with support staff
