Full-Time Grill Cook

Raintree Golf and Event Center, located in Uniontown, OH, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Grill Cook! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Pay: $15.00 per hour Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Monday from 5:00 - 9:30 PM Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute all grilled menu items including proteins, sandwiches, and accompaniments according to recipes and plating standards
• Maintain proper cooking temperatures, portion control, and food presentation at all times
• Set up and break down the grill station before and after service
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service standards and ticket times
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures in compliance with local health regulations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked grill station throughout service
• Communicate effectively with chefs, expeditors, and fellow line cooks during service
• Assist with prep work, inventory rotation, and labeling as needed
• Properly store food items following FIFO standards
• Support other kitchen stations as business levels require

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:

• 12 years of cooking experience.
• Minimum education: High School (or equivalent) diploma.
• Experience in managing and upholding safe working conditions.
• Understanding of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
• Must be dependable.
• Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Must be able to take direction.

Working Conditions:

• Physical activity including long periods (68 hours) of standing, walking, bending, and scooping.
• The employee will be required to regularly reach with arms and hands.
• The employee will occasionally be required to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Use of sight, reading, and wrist movement to serve meals and beverages, operate food service equipment, and clean food service areas.
• Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, and depth perception.
• Noise level is moderate to loud.
• Works extended hours during golf and holiday seasons.
• Works weekends and holidays.
