Enterprise AGILE Delivery Manager - Hybrid NYC

Job Summary (List Format):
- Lead enterprise Agile delivery management and oversee completion of complex, enterprise-wide software projects, with a focus on the Building Energy Usage Portal.
- Manage cross-functional teams across engineering, utilities, and regulatory partners to ensure project planning, execution, compliance, and stakeholder alignment.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business goals, and project requirements.
- Partner closely with Product and IT teams to understand roadmaps, timelines, and product visions.
- Guide distributed software teams through complex CI/CD pipelines and Agile/SCRUM processes.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, communication plans, and standard operating procedures.
- Create regular status updates, organize and lead meetings (including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, PI Planning, etc.), and foster team collaboration.
- Identify potential risks, conduct assessments, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Define and track program KPIs, monitor progress, adjust schedules, and realign expectations as needed to ensure successful project delivery.
- Govern and configure Azure DevOps (ADO) environments, including boards, metrics, dashboards, and automated workflows.
- Recommend and implement process improvements based on best practices and industry standards.
- Ensure delivery of regulated, compliance-driven digital products with strong technical fluency, especially in cloud data platforms.
- Maintain a relentless focus on delivering exceptional customer experience and promoting high ethical standards.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, technology decision-making, and effective written and verbal communication across all management levels.
- Required: Minimum 10+ years of digital or software project management experience, PMP-level credentials, and technical proficiency with Azure DevOps.
- Onsite work required at least twice per week.
