The candidate must have the ability to build solid relationships, both internal and external, and create successful partnerships. Must excel in a high-pressure environment and demonstrate time management and the ability to meet deadlines.**Why join this team?*** We are a high performing, collaborative, and diverse team focused on transforming the business through engaging work on enterprise-wide product innovation* We are a vibrant, team-oriented atmosphere that provides opportunities for individual growth;* Our team is in a unique position that allows us to collaborate with multiple other departments, have exposure to executive management, and develop new reporting.* We are seeking a critical thinker that’s willing to learn and not afraid of taking on new initiatives.* Gain experience and further your career by joining a growing organization**What You'll Do*** Maintain a "customer is first" environment to meet or exceed expectations and needs* Protect the Bank's assets and maintain quality of the portfolio by adhering to lending policies and procedures* Ensure that credit decisions and recommendations are made in accordance with credit principals and in compliance with policies* Oversee documentations and ongoing monitoring of assets and client portfolio* Preparing and issuing loan packages and credit correspondence* Follow-up with brokers/clients to ensure that requirements needed for renewals and reviews are collected and delivered on a timely basis* Increase existing client business by identifying cross-selling opportunities in lending and deposits* Coordinate with Credit Officers, Portfolio Management and Legal Counsel to approve premium finance loans* Manage and monitor defaulted loans by assisting brokers/clients to meet their client's unique circumstances and requests* Oversee all phases of loan processing, including exposure model generation, legal document preparation, funding, collateral management and default/liquidation* Compile in depth credit recommendation summaries through the analysis of tax returns, financial statements, brokerage accounts, and credit reports* Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management**Qualifications:*** 0 – 3 years of financial services or insurance industry experience, preferred* Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Insurance, Business preferred)* Knowledge of standard business practices and working in team environment* Detail oriented with strong analytical skills* Strong communication skills and work ethic* Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment* Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision**Benefits:**Medical Insurance • Dental • Vision • Life insurance • Accidental death and dismemberment • Short-term and long term Disability Insurance • Parental Leave • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Traditional and Roth 401(k) with company match • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) • Employee Stock Purchase Plan at 5% discount • Critical Illness Insurance • Accident Insurance • Transportation and Commuting Benefits • Banking Benefits • Pet Insurance**Compensation***The estimated hourly rate for this role is $24.00 - $29.00 along with eligibility to earn a quarterly incentive bonus.
