Workers Compensation Attorney

Our client is seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join their growing St. Louis office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney who is passionate about advocating for injured workers and delivering strong case results in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Responsibilities Handle a docket of workers’ compensation cases from initial evaluation to conclusion Represent clients in hearings, conferences, and depositions Analyze claims, prepare legal documentation, and develop case strategy Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding case progress Engage in settlement discussions and negotiations with opposing parties Work cross‑functionally with support staff to maintain case flow and organization Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) required Licensed and in good standing to practice in Missouri Experience in workers’ compensation or related litigation preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines Detail‑oriented with sound judgment and problem‑solving abilities Ascendo is a certified minority‑owned staffing firm, and we welcome and celebrate diversity.
