A top 50 leading dealer group, Napleton CDJR is looking for a full-time Automotive Parts Advisor to join their team. This position will be responsible for ensuring the overall customer service process as it relates to automotive parts, while also overseeing the sale of all OE and/or aftermarket parts. Candidates should have a strong knowledge of all automotive applications as well as excellent customer service and communication skills. Excellent work environment. Compensation & Benefits: $50,000 to $60,000

Salary depending on experience. We also offer a wide range of benefits including medical, dental and vision coverage, life insurance, a 401k plan, paid time off, and additional employee discounts.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting and ordering parts
• Ensure accuracy on all parts orders
• Maintain updated inventory records and inform management of any stock discrepancies
• Establish strong rapport with suppliers
• Assist with invoicing and process payments
• Maintain a clean workspace and adhere to safety standards
• Assist with other parts-related duties as needed

Requirements:

• Experience a plus will consider a motivated individual
• Comprehensive knowledge of automotive parts
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and vendors
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent customer service skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours
