Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, a passion for automotive service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Conduct oil changes and fluid checks to maintain vehicle performance.
• Perform tire services, including rotation, alignment, and replacement.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various automotive repairs.
• Assist in diagnosing mechanical issues using automotive diagnostics.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other service technicians to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about services performed.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Experience with automotive diagnostics to identify issues accurately.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during vehicle maintenance tasks.
• Familiarity with tire service procedures, including alignment and balancing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.

• Automotive repair: 1 year (Required)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
