3D Modeler / Engineering Technician

Employment type Full-time employee Department design Work location Manchester, NH Compensation $18 – $25 per hour Final compensation will depend on the location and level at which the candidate is hired About this job Responsibilities CAD Modeling: Design, modify, and optimize 3D parametric models for firearms, firearm accessories, and tooling fixtures using Autodesk Fusion 360 . Technical Documentation: Generate clear, accurate 2D manufacturing drawings, detailed schematics, and bill of materials (BOMs). Fixture Assembly: Assist in the hands-on assembly, fitment, and testing of tooling fixtures, jigs, and production hardware. Prototyping & Iteration: Work directly with production to test prototypes, refine component geometry, and make quick design tweaks based on physical testing. File Management: Maintain organized CAD file structures, version histories, and design standards across all product lines. Qualifications Software Experience: Proficiency in Autodesk Fusion 360 (highly preferred). Experience with other parametric CAD software (SolidWorks, Inventor) is welcome. Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of 3D modeling fundamentals, dimensional tolerances, and mechanical assemblies. Education Requirements: No college degree required. Hands-on skill, mechanical intuition, and a solid working knowledge of CAD software are what matter most to us. Attention to Detail: High accuracy in measurements, fitment tolerances, and design integrity.
