The Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD), is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Health Aide/Hourly in Admissions at Georgia Regional Hospital Atlanta, located in Decatur, GA.

Salary: $20 - $24 per hour

Shift: Varies

Job Description:

This position is responsible for ensuring that all patients entering into Admissions are free of contraband, prior to them being placed in the Admissions Unit. Staff also is responsible for monitoring patient activity and preventing patients' negative interactions with each other. To provide a safe environment and protection of themselves and others from harm.

Report to MD and Charge Nurse of patient status change.
