Employment Type: Hourly Non-Exempt; 40 hours per week; Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Coordinate and manage maintenance records, including equipment maintenance schedules, service orders, and repair documentation
• Assist with scheduling and tracking preventive maintenance 
• Help manage inventory control of tools, parts, and supplies
• Serve as the liaison between the maintenance team and other departments
• Prepare and maintain maintenance reports and data logs
• Manage data entry and maintain databases for maintenance 
• Provide office support, including answering calls, organizing meetings, and responding to requests
• Help with report generation, filing, and maintaining confidentiality

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in maintenance administration, or a related administrative field.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring accuracy in all work.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
