We are recruiting a Technicien Terrain (H/F) based in the Brittany region (ideally Ile et Vilaine) to ensure the maintenance of Baxter's medical devices.

Main duties

• Perform technical interventions in a given geographical area; interventions may be considered in other areas depending on service needs.
• Participate in the delivery of certain new products to customers.
• Provide, if needed, basic technical training and product usage for customers.
• Manage the follow-up of your stock of spare parts, be responsible for your stock of spare parts and tools.
• Monitor customers and their Baxter equipment fleet.
• Monitor preventive maintenance for customers.
• Ensure rigorous administrative follow-up.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maximizing the availability of devices through good productivity.
• Respect established rules in terms of safety, environmental protection, and energy.

Profile

With a BAC +2 in electronics/electrotechnics/maintenance/biomedical, you already have previous experience, ideally in the medical devices sector, and an interest in connectivity and networking.

You have excellent interpersonal skills and will represent the company with our customers.

You are meticulous and autonomous, and are comfortable with computer tools.

A good level of professional English is desirable.
