Urgent Care LPN Location: Phoenix, AZ Pay: $37.17/hour (W2) Type: Contract • Schedule: Full-time clinic hours; includes every other weekend and some major holidays Work setting: Patient-facing, on-site Position Summary We’re hiring an Urgent Care LPN to deliver high-quality, evidence-based patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. You’ll assess patient needs, administer treatments and medications, document in the EMR, and collaborate with the care team to support safe, effective outcomes. Key Responsibilities Assess patient needs, obtain vitals, and document findings in the electronic medical record (EMR) Administer medications (oral, injectable, IV, topical) as appropriate to scope and protocols Perform point-of-care testing and support vaccine administration Monitor patient response to treatment and escalate concerns appropriately Support clinic workflow, patient education, and maintain a clean/stocked clinical environment Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the U.S. (must be in good standing) 1+ year of related clinical experience Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room Experience with phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing Comfortable working in an EMR (Epic preferred) Verifiable High School Diploma or GED Additional Notes Training/orientation is expected up front; schedules may be created in blocks after training.
