Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical (Nights)

Full-Time | Direct Hire | Onsite | Night Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialty professional nursing care for a variety of medical and surgical patients across assigned units
• Utilize the nursing process — assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation — in accordance with professional standards and state regulations
• Maintain a patient-to-nurse ratio of no more than 6:1 to ensure quality, individualized patient care
• Build meaningful relationships with patients throughout their care experience
• Collaborate within a team-oriented environment to positively impact patient outcomes daily

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited nursing program
• Current Kansas Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• New graduates are welcome to apply

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Medical-Surgical nursing setting
• Familiarity with care delivery across medical and surgical patient populations
