Project Manager, Global Clinical Supplies

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Project Manager for Global Clinical Supplies to oversee end-to-end supply chain management for clinical trials. The fully remote role requires managing inventory, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring GxP compliance, and supporting clinical study execution in a CRO environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement study-specific supply chain plans for assigned projects
• Coordinate with internal teams on logistics strategy and provide project updates and risk assessments
• Integrate clinical supplies activities into supply chain while maintaining GxP compliance
• Mentor junior team members and support process improvement initiatives
• Represent the department at meetings and strategic initiatives; handle client inquiries regarding supply chain

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent formal qualification
• 5+ years relevant clinical supplies and CRO industry experience
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of clinical supply operations and GxP requirements
• Client relationship management and third-party vendor coordination skills
• Leadership and team building capabilities
