Interventional Cardiology Physician Opportunity

We are currently seeking an Interventional Cardiology Physician to provide locum tenens support to address an immediate need at our facility.

Position Details

Start Date: As soon as possible
Compensation: $315.25 - $341.25 per hour
Schedule: 9-hour regular day with night call responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Perform interventional cardiology procedures, including:

Inpatient catheterizations
Placement of temporary pacemakers
Management of heart attacks requiring urgent intervention
Conducting urgent echocardiograms
Providing electrophysiology coverage

Qualifications

Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60 days
Required Skills: Proficiency in transesophageal echocardiography
Licensure: Must hold a North Dakota medical license or be part of the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact

This position is based in Fargo, North Dakota, the state's largest city, known for its vibrant culture and as the backdrop for the 1996 film by the Cohen Brothers.
