Paid Social Creative Strategist: Craft & Optimize Hooks

Beam is seeking a Creative Strategist (Paid Social) to blend analytical media buying with compelling storytelling. You will craft creative briefs for our video editors and designers, write scripts and hooks, and lead testing across Meta and TikTok to drive performance. You will collaborate with the Paid Social Lead to shape the weekly testing agenda, and you will innovate testing methodologies to optimize visuals, props, text overlays, and CTAs. #J-18808-Ljbffr Beam
