Working remotely, the full-time Asset Resolution Specialist will manage a portfolio of loans in default, implementing loss mitigation strategies and assisting customers through workout plans to avoid default. Key responsibilities Manage a portfolio of loans in default, implementing loss mitigation strategies and addressing technical foreclosure questions Analyze workout options for delinquent loans and propose the best return option for investors Negotiate loss mitigation strategies with investors and set clear expectations with borrowers regarding loan status Required qualifications Minimum of 2 years of mortgage experience Bachelor's degree General knowledge of the loss mitigation process Ability to guide customers and investors through retention and liquidation processes Self-starter with the ability to independently manage a pipeline effectively
