PROJECT & ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION Technical Business Analyst




Context:




BtoC provides in-house services to the HR department and has been designated as the lead expert for the replacement of the recruitment site management tool, (250k visitors/month).
We require a Business Analyst to assess the chosen tool's compliance with the business requirements already drafted by the "Talent Attraction" HR team.
The selected tool is iCIMS, which includes both recruitment tracking and web CMS functionalities.
The project is managed by HR IT, and an integration partner has already been selected.




Skills and Responsibilities:




Prior experience with the iCIMS tool is not mandatory for the BA.
Knowledge of HR and recruitment tools is a plus but not essential.




However, the candidate must possess solid experience and expertise in CMS and digital technologies, specifically from a front-end perspective.
They will participate in the "Build" workshops for the iCIMS implementation project, take the existing business requirements as input, and assess how well the build aligns with these requirements. They will be responsible for flagging any discrepancies to the project team and business stakeholders and proposing alternative solutions.
They must be able to document processes effectively and adapt to the project's pace and methodology. They will participate in workshops and Steering Committee meetings, communicating clearly and persuasively to reach the best "Build" solution in agreement with stakeholders.
Their opinions and contributions will be grounded in technical knowledge and prior research.
They will also need to quickly gain proficiency in iCIMS to explore its capabilities and limitations, supported by the vendor, who will provide the necessary resources.




Fluency in English is essential.
Mastery of state-of-the-art digital practices and standards for 2026 is essential. Tentative schedule:




The assignment will begin ASAP (workshops start in September). Project timeline:
* September December: BUILD => workshops
* January March: LAUNCH => testing, gap tracking, etc.
* April May: SUCCESS (hypercare / warranty period / VSR) => workload to be defined.




Estimated workload:




2 workshops per week (Mondays and Wednesdays) + ad-hoc meetings.
The BA will be responsible for preparation, research, and formalizing their recommendations, and will actively participate in the workshops and ad-hoc meetings.
