Backyard Breaks is looking for an exceptional Fulfillment Associate to join the dedicated team supporting our #1 streamer and one of the highest-energy live shows in the Yard.

This team operates differently. The pace is faster. The cards can be bigger. The room stays moving. And everyone on the team needs to understand what's happening without being told every five minutes. We're looking for someone who brings more than warehouse experience. You need to know sports. You need to care about the cards. You need to understand teamwork. And you need the energy to walk into an established crew and make it even better. What You'll Do

• Support fulfillment for one of Backyard's premier live streams
• Sort, sleeve, top-load, protect, and organize sports cards as breaks happen
• Keep cards and orders organized in a fast-moving live environment
• Handle high-value cards with the attention and care collectors expect
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately for shipment
• Verify orders for accuracy and quality before they leave the building
• Print shipping labels and packing slips using ShipStation
• Keep supplies stocked and ready so the team never loses momentum
• Maintain a clean, organized, high-functioning workspace
• Anticipate what the team needs and jump in without waiting to be asked
• Help maintain the speed, accuracy, and energy expected from one of Backyard's top-performing teams

You'll Crush This Role If You

• You're a Real Sports Person.
• For this role, sports knowledge is part of the job. You follow the leagues. You know the players.
• You understand rookies, stars, trades, playoff races, big performances, rivalries, and the stories sports fans are talking about right now.
• When a huge player comes out of a pack, you understand why the room reacts. You don't need to memorize every stat.
• You do need to genuinely live in the sports world.
• You Understand Team Chemistry.
• You'll be joining an established group that already knows how to work together. We need someone who can read the room, learn the rhythm, communicate well, and become part of that chemistry not fight against it. You help when somebody needs help. You take ownership. You don't disappear when things get busy. And "that's not my job" probably isn't part of your vocabulary.
• You Can Keep Up.
• Live breaking moves fast. Cards are being opened, protected, organized, moved, and prepared constantly. You can work with urgency without sacrificing accuracy. When the room speeds up, you get sharper not sloppier.

• The wrong card in the wrong place is a problem. A valuable card handled carelessly is a bigger one. You stay organized, pay attention, and understand that details matter even when there are ten other things happening around you.
• You Bring Good Energy.
• You don't have to be the loudest person in the room. But you do need to contribute to it. You're engaged. You communicate. You enjoy sports. You celebrate the big moments. You support your teammates. This is a live entertainment environment, and energy matters.
• People Can Count on You.
• This team depends on every person doing their job. That means showing up. Showing up on time. Being ready to work. And bringing the same level of focus at the end of the shift that you brought at the beginning.

Sports Card Knowledge Is Strongly Preferred

We love candidates who understand:

• Sports card products and sets
• Rookies, parallels, inserts, and case hits
• Major players and desirable cards
• Proper card handling and protection
• Breaking and collecting culture
• Card values and why certain pulls matter

If your sports knowledge is excellent and your hobby knowledge still has room to grow, we can teach you.

But sports cannot be an afterthought in this role. The Standard Is Higher Here. This position supports one of Backyard's most visible and fast-moving live environments.

Physical Requirements

This is an active position. Team members must be able to:

• Stand and move for extended periods
• Perform tasks requiring sustained focus and downward attention
• Lift objects weighing up to, and occasionally more than, 50 pounds
• Handle sports cards, shipping supplies, packaging materials, and related inventory
• Move between responsibilities as the needs of the live stream and fulfillment operation change
