Title: Senior Human Resources Manager Salary: $140,000–$180,000 + bonus Location: Somerville, MA Why This Opportunity Stands Out: Join a rapidly growing robotics company focused on developing general-purpose robots Own and run the people infrastructure supporting the company’s continued growth High-impact role with ownership across HRIS, benefits, compliance, employee relations, and HR operations Opportunity to strengthen and scale existing HR programs, policies, and processes Serve as a trusted HR partner to employees and managers across the organization Opportunity to directly manage an HR Coordinator as the team continues to grow Senior Human Resources Manager Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions and HR-related matters Own and maintain the HRIS, including employee records, data accuracy, and personnel files Manage benefits administration, broker relationships, employee education, and open enrollment Ensure compliance with multi-state employment laws, required postings, recordkeeping, and audits Guide managers on employee relations matters including performance issues, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns Own the employee offboarding process from start to finish Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure a seamless transition from recruiting through onboarding Manage HR vendors and consultants supporting the organization Strengthen and scale HR operations programs, policies, and processes as the company grows Senior Human Resources Manager Qualifications: 5+ years of HR generalist or HR operations experience Hands-on HRIS experience; Rippling experience strongly preferred Working knowledge of employment law and multi-state HR compliance Experience managing benefits administration and broker partnerships Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization Highly organized and self-directed with strong judgment Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field preferred SHRM or HCI certification preferred High-growth startup experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
