Director, Marketing Operations & Tech Strategy

Hearst Newspapers is seeking a Director of Marketing Operations to lead the operational strategy and execution of digital subscription marketing platforms across nine markets. You will oversee Sailthru, BlueConic, Casper, data integrations, offers, and QA, driving reliable, scalable processes and elevating marketing through AI and automation. This role requires hands-on Martech leadership, cross-functional collaboration with BI, Product, Finance and Newsroom teams, and a proven ability to #J-18808-Ljbffr Hearst Newspapers
