Registered Nurse – Telemetry

Schedule

12hr Nights, 7p-7a, Every Other Weekend

Assignment Details

Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekly Contract Weeks: 13

Requirements

Active RN license in NH or compact state required
BLS, ACLS, & NIHSS certification required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care setting
Advanced Telemetry experience required
Willing to accept local candidates (within 50 miles)
Skills Checklist matching specialty
Experience with EMR systems, preferably Cerner
Experience with Cardizem and Insulin Drips

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care and monitor telemetry patients
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Assist with patient assessments and care planning
Document patient care and progress in medical records
Collaborate with healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes
May float to psych annex and lower acuity settings as needed
