HR Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead day-to-day human resources operations and support business objectives through effective employee relations, talent management, compliance, and HR strategy. This role partners closely with leadership to foster a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead employee relations, performance management, and HR policies
- Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and retention initiatives
- Manage benefits administration and HR compliance
- Coach managers on employee and workplace matters
- Support training, workforce planning, and organizational development
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with employment laws
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR preferred
