You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, report security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities in a food and beverage manufacturing environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including following established procedures for alarms, access concerns, and facility disruptions.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and delivery records in accordance with site procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, and daily activities clearly and promptly, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must possess one or more of the following:
  • Service in Military Occupational Specialty related to law enforcement, security (such as Military Police, Elite Military Forces, combat arms) or any support role in a Combat Zone
  • Graduate of a Certified Public Safety Academy (military or civilian) or verified work experience in the law enforcement, adult corrections, or firefighter field
  • Bachelor’s degree in law enforcement or criminal justice related studies
  • A minimum of 8 or more years of service in any military branch
  • Associate’s degree (or 60 credits) or higher in law enforcement or criminal justice with current or prior active military service

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Possess a guard card or license preferred.
• Have customer service experience preferred.
• Possess CPR and/or First Aid certification preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
