Title
RN - TELE

Schedule
12-hour nights, 1845-0715. Every other weekend. Holiday requirements apply unless requested in advance.

Assignment Details
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Requirements
- RN license
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- 1 year of Telemetry RN experience
- Experience with EMR: Altera Sunrise (similar to Cerner)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide patient care and monitoring in a telemetry unit.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and treatment.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information.

Compliance / Notes
- Orientation will take place over the first five days, including two days at TUKHS and additional clinical orientation at the partner facility.
- Nicotine-free facility.
- Bi-weekly pay.
- The client may cancel one shift per pay period at no cost.
- Candidates must submit a completed form as part of the application process.
