Registered Nurse (RN) - Tele

RN – Telemetry

Schedule: 12-hour nights, 1845-0715

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements:

• RN License
• BLS Certification
• ACLS Certification
• 1 year of Telemetry RN experience
• Experience with EMR similar to Cerner

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patients in a telemetry unit.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions and care plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

Compliance / Notes:

• Nicotine-free facility
• Orientation will take place over the first five days, with clinical orientation included.
• Facility allows cancellation of one shift per pay period at no cost to the client.
