Empower AI in Reston, VA seeks a Tier II Remote Resolution Specialist to resolve escalated Tier II incidents for a Department of War agency. This onsite role is based at Quantico, VA (RKB) with up to 10% travel. You will diagnose remotely and determine when deskside or field support is needed. The position requires a Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience, U.S. citizenship, and an Active Secret Clearance to start.
