Team Lead - Claims Mgmt. US & Canada

About You

Must have:

• Sound experience managing a team
• Proven decision-making and interpersonal skills
• Experience with claims (L&H) is highly desirable
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong computer skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Access, Excel, Power BI)
• Willingness to learn new tools and applications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting/Finance

Nice to have:

• Completion of LOMA 1,2 Reinsurance Admin or equivalent
• Knowledge of insurance and products

Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office three days per week. This role is not eligible for either relocation assistance or visa sponsorship.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $69,000 to $115,000. The specific salary offered for this, or any given role will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to job location, scope of role, qualifications, complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent, experience, education, and employer budget. This means that we consider all components of compensation in their totality (such as base pay, short-and long-term incentives, and benefits offered), in setting individual compensation.
