Physical Therapist – Boynton Beach, FL Outpatient Therapy Office

Location: Boynton Beach, FL
Position: Physical Therapist
Work Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapy Office
Office Assignment: One office location only
Pay: $50–$55 per hour
Schedule: Flexible options available

We are hiring a Physical Therapist in Boynton Beach, FL for an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy office. This position is ideal for a PT who enjoys active patient care and wants to help people improve how they move, work, exercise, and function in everyday life.

You will treat patients with orthopedic injuries, post-surgical needs, pain-related limitations, reduced range of motion, weakness, and balance concerns. Each plan of care will be built around patient goals and measurable progress.

Schedule Options:

• Four 10-hour workdays
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop outpatient orthopedic care plans
• Treat musculoskeletal conditions, post-operative cases, and mobility limitations
• Use therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, balance work, and functional rehab
• Track patient improvement and revise treatment plans as needed
• Provide patient education for home exercises and safer movement
• Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with clinical staff to support quality care

Requirements

• Active Florida Physical Therapist License
• DPT Degree or MSPT Degree
• Outpatient experience preferred
