**Operations Leader – Closing Shift**

Toppers Pizza is hiring Operations Leaders for our closing shifts. This role is responsible for helping oversee restaurant operations, leading the team, and ensuring excellent customer service during evening and late-night hours.

**Schedule**

* Weekdays and weekends
* Approximately **7:00 PM – 4:00 AM**
* Full-time and part-time opportunities available

**Responsibilities**

* Assist with daily restaurant operations
* Lead and support team members during shifts
* Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are met
* Provide excellent customer service
* Help maintain an efficient, organized work environment

**Requirements**

* Ability to work late-night shifts
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented
* Previous restaurant or leadership experience is preferred but not required

Requirements/Responsibilities

Must be available to work after 8pm and until 4am

Pizza Makers:
• Prepare our delicious food for our Toppers fanatics
• Take orders in person and over the phone
• Prep for the day and night by making dough and pizza sauce and cutting our fresh veggie toppings (which are all important pieces as to why we deliver on our promise of serving only high-quality food)
• Stock ingredients in the various work stations including the walk-in cooler
• Clean equipment and the store
