Customer Experience Coordinator – The TJX Companies, Inc. As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will promote an excellent customer experience, lead a front‑end team, and uphold store standards of service and safety. Responsibilities Promote an excellent customer experience. Oversee front‑end associates to ensure prompt, courteous service and promotion of loyalty programs. Lead by example by engaging and interacting with all customers, while maintaining a clean and organized store. Model outstanding customer service and create a positive internal and external experience. Promote a culture of honesty and integrity and maintain confidentiality. Train and mentor associates on front‑end principles and personalize the customer experience. Assign registers, support POS coverage, and coordinate associates’ breaks. Address customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience. Ensure associates execute tasks per store plan and prioritize activities as needed. Communicate effectively with management and associates about priorities and progress updates. Provide and accept constructive feedback and recognition. Partner with management on associate training needs to increase effectiveness. Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures. Promote credit and loyalty programs. Support store shrink‑reduction goals and programs. Promote safety awareness and maintain a safe environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. Strong understanding of merchandising techniques. Capable of multi‑tasking. Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail. Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations. Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors. Able to train others. Minimum 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
