Covenant Living Communities - - Responsibilities: Provide excellence in customer support and assistance to all consumers transitioning into a Covenant Living healthcare product; Lead and schedule the first impression and admission welcome experience for all short-term and long-term customers; Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure care needs, equipment, and services are prepared prior to arrival; Maintain a dedicated and clean welcome center space and manage inventory of supplies; Back up Healthcare Navigator and review inbound referrals to ensure proper documentation and routing
