Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Days | 5x8 Hours | Monday–Friday | Shift start between 6:00 AM–8:00 AM, end between 2:30 PM–4:30 PM based on start time | On-call rotation includes evenings (4:30 PM–7:00 AM) and weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Operating Room setting across a variety of surgical procedures
• Participate in call rotation, including possible overnight call and weekend coverage (4:30 PM–7:00 AM)
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality perioperative care
• Adhere to facility protocols, infection control standards, and compliance requirements throughout the assignment
• Complete required lab work within 48 hours of signing contract and fulfill all onboarding requirements prior to start
• Provide holiday coverage as needed by the facility

Required Qualifications

• Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license in hand, or documented proof of Minnesota license application, at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room RN experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• Must commit to completing Minnesota Livescan fingerprinting within 48 hours of signing contract; fingerprinting must be completed in person in Minnesota on the Monday prior to the scheduled start date
• Must reside more than 25 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in OB/GYN surgical procedures
• Orthopedic surgery experience
• General surgery and/or endoscopy experience
