MDS Coordinator: RN Care Plans & Compliance

Life Care Centers of America

Life Care Centers of America is seeking an RN MDS Coordinator to manage and submit interdisciplinary MDS Assessments, CCAs and Care Plans in alignment with CMS RAI Manual regulations. You will report condition changes to the DON and educate care staff on regulatory updates impacting documentation. The role includes reviewing care plans, ensuring timely CMS QIES submissions, and driving process improvements within a post-acute setting. #J-18808-Ljbffr Life Care Centers of America
