About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of eCommerce to lead its integrated marketing strategy and support digital transformation and sustainable growth. The role includes building and developing a cross-functional team, overseeing brand strategy, demand generation, customer acquisition, and revenue performance, and optimizing the customer journey across channels. The successful candidate will manage marketing budgets, establish KPI and reporting frameworks, and use data, research, and customer feedback to guide decisions. They will also collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to improve marketing processes, technology, and execution. Candidates should have at least 10 years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership in brand strategy, performance marketing, and digital or eCommerce growth, along with at least five years of people leadership experience. A proven record of delivering measurable commercial results through integrated omnichannel marketing is required, as is expertise across branding, content, lead generation, and performance channels. B2B marketing experience is preferred, along with familiarity with analytics, reporting, CRM, content management, marketing automation, and emerging technologies. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, eCommerce, or a related field—or equivalent experience—is required; an advanced degree is a plus.
